Return Policy:

Unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise is eligible if returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Refunds will be processed the same way as original payment. Returns made after 14 days with original receipt will be refunded as store credit. Returns after 30 days not accepted.

All jewelry, cosmetics and sale items are FINAL SALE! No returns or exchanges on these items.

NOTE: Shipped returns are the customer's responsibility. Items can be returned by simply shipping the product back to us via your preffered carrier. Please either enclose the packing slip that came with your order or ensure that your name, order confirmation and telephone number is included inside the returned package. Return shipping charges are incurred by the customer. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error.

Defective Item:

If you have receiving a defective item, please contact us at kate@kiekatecouture.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details of the defect and attach pictures. We are happy to take care of you!
